why we built it
a common roadblock to healthy email practices is leadership's fear of "cutting the list in half" to improve metrics.

what it does

why we built it
every inbox provider has unique rules for how they view and treat your emails. while marketers traditionally used seed lists to test performance, this method is now flawed, as providers treat seed addresses differently than genuine recipients.
to solve this, we've launched delivery insights for marketo which provides a deep, accurate analysis of your email performance broken down by each major inbox provider.

allows you to select granular recycling thresholds. pick between <1, 2, 3, 4 → 10%.
why we built it
probability of engaging thresholds that increment in 5% could suppress too many people where this update provides more flexibility.
note - marketo users have always had granular thresholds.

what it does
tracks how long emails sit unopened (open latency) and the % of people that open in the first hour (first hour engagement).
why we built it
traditional metrics (open/click rates) miss timing.
latency metrics reveal when engagement happens - critical for optimizing send windows, reducing inbox burying, and improving deliverability.

what it does
displays the number of emails you have delivered to activated people since the last time they engaged in an email (by open / click) and the number of emails you have delivered to unactivated people (people that have never opened / clicked on a marketing email).
why we built it
helps you move from basic email marketing to strategic list management. activated people used to engage and now they've stopped. but at what point? unactivated people signed up and never showed a single sign of life. but at what point?
