We believe a month-to-month billing system holds us accountable for your success, but we do encourage customers to commit to at least 6 months in order to see the best results. We offer discounts for longer commitments and annual subscriptions paid up front.

 

HOW DO I KNOW SEND TIME OPTIMIZATION WILL WORK FOR ME?

Every email list is unique, and each individual has their own schedule. People like to hear from different brands at different times. For this reason, Seventh Sense does not aggregate data between accounts. Instead, we use machine learning algorithms to analyze your own open and click data already stored in your marketing automation system.

Data can be further enriched by connecting individual G Suite accounts to your Seventh Sense account.  As contacts continue to open and click emails, their individual profile gets more detailed and your send times get smarter.

DO YOU INTEGRATE WITH MARKETING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS OTHER THAN HUBSPOT AND MARKETO?

Currently, we only have direct integrations with HubSpot and Marketo, but we do have an external API that allows developers to build custom integrations.

HOW MANY USERS ARE INCLUDED WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Seventh Sense Marketing comes with 2 user accounts. Marketing Pro users can create up to 5 accounts and Enterprise users have access to unlimited accounts. 

HOW WILL SEVENTH SENSE AFFECT API CALLS IN MARKETO?

Seventh Sense uses a throttling mechanism to limit the amount of Marketo API calls that the system uses. This throttle can be adjusted up and down as needed, but in general the impact of Seventh Sense on API calls is minimal.

CAN MY SALES TEAM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TOP TIME DATA?

Yes! Seventh Sense makes it easy to view top time profiles, you can even see them Gmail or HubSpot CRM itself. Many of our customers say their sales teams are the biggest fans because Seventh Sense gives them the data they need to best reach prospects and customers.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ONBOARDING SERVICES?

New Seventh Sense customers will need to complete our Email Optimization Quickstart program. Our highly skilled email marketing consultants will make sure you're in the best position to grow your email program and take advantage of the powerful tools Seventh Sense offers.

ARE THERE SEPARATE FEES FOR SENDING EMAILS?

No, Seventh Sense is priced based the number of contacts in your marketing system. Once your system is connected, you are free to send as many send time optimized mailings as you like!
